Policies
To ensure the best possible experience for every guest, please review our spa policies prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
- Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling appointments or cancellations.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a $75 fee, and any deposits will be forfeited.
- Arrivals 15 minutes past scheduled appointment time are subject to cancellation and will incur a $75 late cancellation fee.
- Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
- Appointment deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable to another person, product, or service.
- Services are non-refundable and non-transferrable to another person, product, or service.
- Services cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- Signature Treatment Menu package payments as well as treatment bundle payments are due in full at the time of the first service. Remaining treatments are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months, or will be forfeited.
Prepaid Promotional Services
- Late cancellations or no-shows for significantly discounted services, including those purchased during flash sales or at event pricing, will result in being charged the full original price of the service and/or forfeiting any deposits.
