Lucid Med Spa is an anti-aging, regenerative and aesthetic medical practice located in Glen Allen, VA. We specialize in anti-aging by providing the highest quality cosmetic and aesthetic injectables, including botox, xeomin, dermal fillers, PRP, medical-grade facials, and IV vitamin infusions, as well as award-winning lasers for skin resurfacing, revitalization and coolpeel/cool peel treatments. Leah Parker

DNAP, APRN Nurse Injector and CRNA

Almost twenty years ago, Leah’s desire to help women through childbirth lead to her to the pursuit of an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland School of Nursing. After a few years as a labor and delivery nurse, she decided to acquire a Masters and Doctorate from Virginia Commonwealth University, and for almost a decade she has been working as a Nurse Anesthesiologist, alleviating pain and anxiety while people undergo surgery and medical procedures.

Leah is passionate about the arts, particularly photography. This enables her to combine a creative flair with calm, caring professionalism, to help clients feel like their best selves.

Leah also loves to read, work out, travel, garden, and spend time with her husband and two beautiful children.

Pamela Lewis

NP-C, APRN Nurse Injector

Pamela Lewis is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a diverse background in spine and pain management, hospital medicine, and emergency medicine. She earned her bachelors of science in nursing from Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing and her masters of science and nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Pam’s passion for aesthetics began through her own journey with Melasma, inspiring her to help others achieve confidence through personalized natural looking results. As an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, she combines her clinical expertise with an artistic approach to create customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

With over 25 years in the skincare industry as a licensed master aesthetician, Rosa Newnam has dedicated her career to helping people look and feel their very best. Her passion for medical skincare, and her years of experience working alongside top dermatologists have made her an expert in treating a wide range of skin concerns from anti-aging and acne to hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, and post-surgery care.

What truly sets Rosa apart is her personal touch. She believes that no two people and no two skin types are the same. Every treatment is customized to meet her clients’ individual needs, ensuring that each experience is unique, relaxing, and results driven.
